What is your return policy?
Custom Orders Are Not Returnable.
What shipping options do you offer?
US: We offer free ground shipping on all orders to all US states. Expedited shipping through USPS is available at an additional cost and is calculated at checkout.
International: We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping times and rates vary and will display at checkout. VAT fees may apply for certain countries. We don’t currently offer expedited shipping for international orders.

How do I wash my blanket and other products?
Southwestern Product Care Instructions:
- Wash by hand or machine wash on gentle cycle with a mild detergent
- Tumble-dry at low temperatures or air dry.
- Note: New blankets can shed. After a couple of washes that will subside. Give the blanket a brush after prolonged use and/or after washing.
Wool & Alpaca Product Care Instructions:
- Dry Clean Only
Where are the products made?
We work with a family of highly skilled artisans in the Andes Mountains in Ecuador who carefully craft our blankets. You can learn more about our artisans here. Our wool & alpaca throw collection originate from Ireland & Peru.
