International:

We ship internationally to most countries. Shipping times and rates vary and will display at checkout. VAT fees may apply for certain countries.  We don’t currently offer expedited shipping for international orders. 

All orders ship from our warehouse within 5 business days.

We take pride in the quality of our products, and we back it up with our Lifetime Guarantee. If there are ever any issues with the quality of the blanket due to its craftsmanship, we will replace your blanket. This does not include normal wear and tear. You can learn more about our warranty here.

Care instructions:

-Wash by hand or machine wash on gentle cycle with a mild detergent

-Tumble-dry at low temperatures or air dry.

-Note: New blankets can shed. After a couple of washes that will subside. Give the blanket a brush after prolonged use and/or after washing.

We work with a family of highly skilled artisans in the Andes Mountains in Ecuador who carefully craft our blankets. 

Our blankets are made with 100% modacrylic material with recycled content. We are committed to improving our sourcing of environmentally responsible materials. Our goal is to use 100% recycled fiber by 2025.
